When To Change Your Toothbrush Head

It doesn't matter how well you brush your teeth, if the toothbrush head is no longer good, you could actually be causing more bad than good. See toothbrush heads have protective coatings on them, that naturally wear down and you use them day after day. When the bristles start to fray or change colors, you need to throw it out.
